1. Items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment cleared.                                                                                                          

2. Items will be shipped by EMS, We Only ship to: Japan, Korea U.S.A, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

1. Please notify us within 14 days (according to the posting date).
2. Please complete the RMA form for any return items.
3. Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.
4. We will replace items which are malfunctioning items for 30 days from the date you receive them. Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.
5. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days upon receipt.
6. Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason.
7. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.                                                                                                       

8. The cost of reshipping fee is paid by buyer.
